Unlock your best self with personalised TRT plans to combat low testosterone, guided by expert clinicians every step of the way

Sir Steve Redgrave, 5x Olympic Gold medalist. Sir Steve has been on TRT with Ted’s Health since 2023.

40% of men over 45 will experience low testosterone levels

But a large proportion remain undiagnosed and untreated, putting up with symptoms that slowly chip away at their quality of life. Testosterone deficiency is even more common for men with type 2 diabetes.

Possible symptoms of
low testosterone

Fatigue or low energy
Hair loss
Poor sleep
Brain fog
Low mood, anxiety or depression
Increased or stubborn fat
Lower sex drive
Loss of muscle
Weaker Bones
Loss of morning erections or erectile dysfunction

These symptoms aren’t “just part of getting older.”

Order a blood test to check your natural testosterone levels and get the answers you’re looking for.

“Testosterone deficiency often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed as something else, or simply 'getting older' – even by healthcare professionals.

Unless testing is performed, it's hard to know whether low testosterone levels are contributing to these symptoms.”

Dr Jonathan Andrews
Medical Director, Ted's Health

FAQs

Got a question we haven't covered?
Reach out to our friendly medical team below.

How long will TRT take to work?

Most patients start to feel the positive effects of TRT in the first few months, but it can take several months to feel the full impact.

Are there any side effects to TRT?

Like any medication, TRT comes with some risk of side effects, and your doctor will discuss these with you during your consultation. We’ll carefully monitor your experience with TRT throughout your treatment, and are always on hand to help if you do start experiencing negative side effects.

How much does TRT cost with Ted’s Health?

Our TRT plans start from just £89 per month, with costs based only on your specific treatment and dosage — both personalised to suit you. You’ll get quarterly monitoring blood tests, travel letters, and unlimited clinical support included. We review your treatment every three months to make sure you’re always on the best plan for your health. It’s pay-as-you-go, so if your medication or dosage changes, your costs adjust fairly — no hidden fees, no long contracts, and you’re always in control.

What does the blood test cover?

Our blood test gives us a comprehensive snapshot of your general health. As well as testing your total level of testosterone, our blood test checks your level of free testosterone, and other relevant hormone or hormone-related markers. It also looks at your cholesterol, kidney function, and prostate health, among other general health factors.

What’s included with my TRT subscription?

With your TRT subscription, you’ll get your personalised treatment delivered to your door, as well as a blood test every three months to check in on your progress and monitor key numbers. You’ll have an annual consultation with your specialist, but they’re on hand throughout your treatment to answer your questions. You can easily review your blood tests and treatment progress anytime within your Ted’s Health portal.

Will you share my information with my GP?

It’s up to you. We’re happy to share your results and our notes with your GP, but we’ll only do so if you request this.
