Melior Labs Ltd (T/a Ted’s Health) (Company Number 12079476, Registered address BK Plus, Oakingham House, Frederick Place, Loudwater, High Wycombe, HP11 1JU) collaborates with Inuvi Diagnostics Limited, Unit 10, Millars Brook Business Park, Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham, RG41 2AD – inuvi.co.uk, to provide you with your blood test results. Ted’s Health and Inuvi are independent data controllers that share your personal data to perform the blood test and provide you with the blood test results and associated services.

Inuvi relies on your explicit consent to process your blood test results and provide the results to Ted’s Health.

If you agree to Ted’s Health and Inuvi using and creating your health data (known as special category personal data) in this way, please provide your consent by way of ticking the relevant box:

If you do not provide your consent above, Ted’s Health and Inuvi will be unable to proceed with the blood test, as they require that consent to be able to undertake the service.

Should you wish to withdraw your consent at any time please contact DPO@TedsHealth.com. This will however prevent you from obtaining a blood test if you choose to withdraw your mandatory consent before you have obtained your blood test results.
