No — we’ve moved away from traditional subscription plans. Instead, we offer a flexible, pay-as-you-go model tailored to your treatment. You’ll only pay for the medications you’re prescribed, when you need them.

Payments are made in treatment rounds (usually every 1–3 months), and each round includes everything you need to stay on track—medications, monitoring blood tests, follow-up consultations, travel letters, and more. This approach allows us to closely monitor your progress and adjust your dosage if needed, ensuring your treatment remains fully personalised.

You’re in control at every stage. If your needs change, you can pause or cancel your treatment plan anytime through your Ted’s Health dashboard. Managing your care—and your costs—is simple, transparent, and designed to fit around your life.

For our testosterone and erectile dysfunction treatments we offer two types of blood tests. A simple at-home finger prick test is a convenient solution for the first blood test, which we use to take a number of readings to understand your current health status.

For the second, confirmatory test, we use a venous blood draw (with a needle), which provides the most accurate results for tailoring your treatment. This can be done by a trained professional in the comfort of your home, or at a nearby partner clinic or pharmacy—whichever suits you best. The process is quick, straightforward, and handled with care.

Your first baseline blood test helps us check for a range of health markers, including lipids, hormonal health, prostate health and, of course, testosterone levels. The second confirmatory blood test helps confirm if testosterone replacement therapy is right for you.

The combination of tests allows us to adhere to TRT guidelines, but more importantly provide you with a more holistic picture of your health at an early stage in the process. 

We monitor your bloods every 3 months, included in your subscription costs, for TRT. Our medical team is always only an email or phone call away if you have any questions or issues.
