From new treatment options to welcoming a new men’s health expert to Ted’s team, it’s been a busy few months here at Ted’s Health HQ! Here’s everything you need to know.

New in: powerful daily supplements

If you feel as though supplements have exploded in popularity and availability in recent years, you’re not imagining it.

57% of men say they’ve become more health-conscious since the pandemic. It seems this seismic global event has given us all cause to explore the health decisions we make every single day.

But when we dug deeper into targeted supplements created specifically for men, we were disappointed with what we found: products bulked out with cheap filler ingredients, or with an ingredient list that didn’t quite add up.

So, with the help of nutritionists and men’s health experts, we set out to create a range of honest, effective daily supplements for men

The first of these supplements is Optimise, which is available to buy now. Packed with six powerhouse ingredients – including tribulus terrestris, as well as adaptogens like maca root – Optimise is designed to support your body’s natural testosterone production.

It’s ideal if you’re experiencing symptoms of low or sub-optimal testosterone, but don’t qualify for (or would rather avoid) TRT at the moment.

New in: on-demand erectile dysfunction treatments

“It’s thought that as many as 52% of men will experience erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or staying hard) in their lifetime. If you’ve experienced this yourself, you may feel isolated – but just know that it’s common and often temporary.” – Dr Jonathan Andrews, Medical Director at Ted’s Health

Whether erectile dysfunction (ED) is short-term or ongoing, we know it can be a real knock to your confidence. We now offer four proven treatment options to help, from well-known Viagra to longer-lasting options like Taladafil, all available to order conveniently and discreetly.

Our 5-minute assessment will match you with the best treatment option for your needs

But how do you know which is right for you? Here’s how it works:

  • You complete a short assessment explaining your symptoms and answering a few other key health questions.
  • We recommend one of our four ED treatments (if it’s appropriate for you).
  • You place your order.
  • A member of our medical team double-checks your treatment against your assessment responses before it’s dispatched, without delaying your order.
  • Your treatment is posted through your letterbox in discreet packaging.

And we’re always on hand to help. If you have any questions along the way, just email us at support@tedshealth.com.

A brand new health dashboard

“Our new health dashboard gives our patients a much clearer view of their current and past treatments, and where they’re at on their health journey. We’ve taken on board a lot of feedback to get to this point, and I think our patients are really going to love the visibility they have now.” – Rebecca Hopkins, Managing Director at Ted’s Health

Our existing patients may notice our website is looking a little different – and it’s not just a facelift!

We’ve made it easier to view and amend your treatment plans, track and compare your blood test results, and generally take your health into your own hands.

When you log into your Ted’s Health account, you’ll be taken through to your new health dashboard, which acts as your hub for any treatments or orders.

Thank you to all the patients who have taken the time to provide the feedback that has shaped this new-and-improved dashboard. We’d love to know what you think of the new design – send your feedback to support@tedshealth.com.

A new men’s health expert in the team

It’s not just our range of treatments that’s growing: the Ted’s Health team is, too.

We’re excited to share that Dr Angela Wright has joined us as Lead for Sexual Medicine. She’s a GP, as well as a menopause and hormone specialist with a true passion for men’s health, and how hormones can impact it. She’s also a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine and a Committee Member of the British Society of Sexual Medicine.

Dr Angela is here to support us as we continue our mission to support men’s health more holistically, and from more angles – starting with erectile dysfunction treatments.

What’s next for Ted’s Health?

As you can see, we’ve undergone some exciting changes here at Ted’s Health – but our overall mission hasn’t changed one bit.

We’re here to help men maximise their potential with discreet, proven, convenient treatments, guided by experts.

But we’re also here to start a conversation. Whether it’s testosterone levels, nutrition, or erectile dysfunction, we want to get more men talking honestly about how they feel and what they need support with. We want them to carve out the time to take better care of themselves – even if it’s just a 30-minute consultation. And we’re here to help them every step of the way.
