You must be over 18 to purchase any products through our website, you must also reside in the United Kingdom. We may cancel any order at our discretion if you use an address-forwarding system.

Ted’s Health is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and is compliant with the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

Our doctors and pharmacists are fully registered with the GMC (General Medical Council) and GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) and are therefore bound by their guidelines.

Our online consultation service is required before purchasing many of our prescribed medications and/or products. For this service, you must answer all questions truthfully and accurately. If you do not understand a question, you must contact us or your general practitioner. Ted’s and all of its third parties rely on your truthful responses to be able to safely prescribe your product.

Once an online consultation form is filled out, our doctors will review your responses. After doing this we will either:

  • Confirm your medication

  • Ask for more information

  • Reject your request

Prescribing your medications

We aim to process every prescription within 72 hours.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity and/or subscription frequency of any product.

To cancel your order, you must let us know via the website's ‘contact us feature’

If you notify us of any adverse reactions or changes to your medical history which are affected by any of our medications, we reserve the right to cancel your prescription.

It is always recommended that you involve your GP in any medications you receive through us or any services you undertake (such as blood tests) through Ted’s Health. You agree that Ted’s cannot and will not replace your general practitioner.

Identity verification

We will verify your identity using a third-party verification service called Onfido, their terms of service can be found here

If we are unable to verify your identity in this way, we will aim to verify your identity in your video consultation with our doctors. We will inform you via email regarding further instructions, but we must see either a valid passport or driver's licence in order to verify your identity.

Only you and you alone must take your medication, you are responsible for checking that this medication is correct and that is it in date, especially if purchased in advance.

You must read instructions and product information leaflets supplied with any medications prior to use. Please ensure nobody else has access to your medication.

Ted’s Health will hold your personal details, online consultations, and any treatment and results on our secure CRM system.

As per current GDPR guidance, we will store this information for a minimum of 8 years.

If there are any changes to your medical condition, medications taken or allergy status, or any other pertinent medical condition, you must let us know by contacting us via email: support@tedshealth.com

Blood testing kits are produced by our third-party kit manufacturer.

Our deliveries are through a dedicated courier service, you must ensure you are home to receive the delivery, and that nobody else will receive your medication. Where delivery is delayed beyond our control we cannot be held responsible but will endeavour to rectify this.

If your delivery is delayed beyond 1 week, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter further.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of medical products of any type for safety reasons and for this matter, cannot refund these items.

For non-medical products, if a refund is agreed we will do this within 5 working days of the refund being issued.

If any product (medical or non-medical) is undeliverable, you will be notified. If this time period goes beyond 28 days, we must destroy the medication.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Unable to verify identity

  • In the event of non-authorisation of payment

  • Attempt(s) to deliver to your address are unsuccessful

  • The product is no longer available or in stock

In the case of any of the above, we will provide a full-refund within 28 days.

All content on our website is based on general information and not advice, you should contact a doctor if you are unsure about any written or implied information given.

  • We will not accept liability resulting from untruthful and/or inaccurate information

  • Failure to comply with a recommended treatment regimen of advice in the PIL (patient information leaflet)

  • You do not share information with our general practitioner

Ted’s takes into account liability where it would be unlawful not to so. I.e., Liability for the negligence of Ted’s or any of our agents, subcontractors, death, or personal injury.

These terms of sale are governed by English Law. Courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland – you may also bring proceedings in your relevant jurisdiction accordingly.
